How can I place an order?
The best way to place an order is to email us at info@greenflashpromotions.com or use our "Quote Request" form. This way we can find out exactly what you are interested in and provide you with the most accurate quote. This also allows us to explain the artwork requirements required to imprint your products.
What are my payment options?
Payments can be made by company or personal checks. Prepayment is required for all first time customers. If you would like to pay by credit card, please inquire prior to ordering.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The average production time is 7-10 business days. Rush production is available for most products and range from 1-3 days. Shipping times vary by method: Next Day, 2nd Day Air, Ground (7 business days), and ocean freight (10-12 business days).
Do you offer rush services?
Yes. Rush production and rush shipping are available for most products. Please let us know what you are interested in. If the specific product you are intersted in does not offer rush production, we can usually find similar products that do offer rush production.
Are there additional cost to imprint on the products?
Most prices you see on the website include a 1 color, 1 location imprint. A setup fee is also added to imprint the products. For additional colors and locations, there will be additonal run charges and setup fees. Most products are produced on the mainland, so shipping will need to be quoted.
If I reorder the same product, will I be charged a setup fee again?
Most companies offer free or discounted setups for reorders. The setup fees differ from product to product and also printers.
What type of artwork file do you need to print on the products?
Most printers require vector artwork for imprint on their products. This file type will usually end in .ai or .eps. For full-color/four-color process, 600dpi or higher artwork at 100% imprint size is required.
If I don't have the correct format, can you help me convert my artwork?
Yes. If the artwork is fairly simple, we can convert your artwork at no cost. For more complex artwork, a fee of about $35-$60 will be charged for artwork conversion.
What is vector art?
Most printers require vector artwork to imprint your products. Vector artwork is an artwork file that is based on computer algorithms rather than pixels. With pixel artwork, when you increase or decrease the size the computer adds or deletes pixels to accommodate the size change. This decreases the quality of the image because the computer is guessing at what color pixels to add or delete. With vector artwork, the image quality remains the same because the artwork is based on mathematical algorithms. Vector artwork can be scaled up or down and the image will always look crisp.
Since you are in Hawaii, will I be charged a shipping?
We are located in Hawaii, but most of the products are produced on the mainland. So unfortunately shipping charge do apply to most orders. Since we are a local company though, we have a lot of experience shipping to Hawaii. We are often significantly cheaper than other online retailers that use automated shipping calculators.
What are my shipping options?
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground (7 business days), air freight (3-4 business days), and ocean freight (10-12 business days). Ocean and air freight are best for bulky or heavy products.
