The best way to place an order is to give us a call at (808) 291-2475,
so we can find out exactly what you want and how you want it. This
way we can figure out the best product for you, and give you the most
accurate quote. This also allows us to explain the artwork requirements,
different fees associated with imprinting your product, and shipping
and handling charges.
Our website is a great way to search our products and get an idea
of what you are looking for. When it comes to ordering your next revenue
increasing promotional product though, I'm sure you'd like to add
a lot more input into that order than what our website can provide

Green Flash
Promotions is dedicated to providing you FULL service. That's why
we have our own in-house graphic designers to handle all your design
needs. Whether you need a logo, business card layout, custom artwork
for that shirt, etc., we can work with you to create that business
branding design.
I have a logo, but I don't have it
in the correct format for printing. Can you still work with what
I have?
Sure, we can
either remake your artwork, reformat your artwork, or help you hunt
your original down. Graphic designers by profession are problem
solvers, and ours won't rest till we find a solution to your problem.
If you design a logo or piece of art for
me, will I be charged artwork fees again for another order?
Our artwork
fees are charged per design, not per project. So once we design
something for you, it will remain in our files for use in all your
future projects. So that same logo that went on your pens, can now
go on our business cards, mugs, key chains...you get the idea.
Will I be charged setup fees again?
Setup fees are
paid to offset the labor costs it takes to recalibrate the machines,
screens, presses, etc. Our vendors can't avoid having to do that
again and again for each order, so unfortunately, the fees will
be charged again. The cost of the screens, die, and other imprint
templates will be free if reordered by a certain date. Usually this
time frame is about a year from the time they create these templates.
How much does it usually cost
to create a logo or piece of art?
Our graphic
designers are educated and experienced in their field. They will
work with you to develop a innovative and thoughtful piece of art
to apply to your promotional product or whatever purpose you may
have for it. Prices will reflect the professionalism of our designers
and every draft and revision will be reviewed by you, the customer,
for approval. Artwork that will remain the property of Green Flash
Promotions will usually cost an average of a $100. Depending on
the complexity and amount of time it will take to create the art,
the cost may be over that figure. If you'd like to purchase the
registration from Green Flash Promotions, the cost will depend on
the type of design and the complexity. Green Flash Promotions will
always give you an accurate quote for every aspect of our service,
and you will never have hidden charges.
Will I have access to the logo
or artwork you created for me for other applications outside of
Green Flash Promotions?
Our original
designs are all registered with Green Flash Promotions and may only
be used for Green Flash Promotions' orders or predetermined applications.
The artwork registration may be purchased by you for a pre-quoted
fee that will be determined prior to designing. If the artwork is
not purchased by you, the art will remain the property of Green Flash
Promotions and may be used by you in any Green Flash Promotion order
for no additional cost.
Will I be able to see a proof of my
artwork before it prints?
All of the artwork
that gets imprinted on the products will get approved by you before
it ever sees our vendors. If we create a piece of artwork for you,
you will be involved in every draft and revision. Nothing gets printed
without your approval.
How long does an order usually take?
An order will
usually run between two to three weeks depending on the product.
My event is this week. Can you do rush
orders?
We can rush
orders and deliveries on some products. Some products can even be
delivered in five days or less. You can find out whether or not
your order can be rushed and how much it will cost when you call
us.
Are the prices I see on your product
catalog the only costs?
There are always
going to be other fees involved in imprinting a product. There usually
is a setup fee and depending on what type of imprint method your
product requires there could be screen fees for each color you imprint,
die charges, etc. Shipping and taxes are also fees that we cannot
avoid. Green Flash Promotions guarantees however, that you will
never see charges on your invoice that will surprise you. Every
cost associated with your product will be explained in detail to
you when you receive our quote.
